Our partnership with NBISD focuses on strategic planning, implementation strategy, and project management, as well as the creation of a district wide Profile of a Learner.
These projects include leading strategy sessions and 1-1 custom coaching sessions with with district leaders, designing and facilitating community engagement activities, creating cabinet and board reporting presentations, and providing research backed resources, guidance, and recommendations on tactics to meet the goals of the strategic plan.
Stride supported the CCISD Cabinet with developing a comprehensive current state analysis related to key elements of the 2030 strategic plan and the facilitation of a Cabinet Retreat.
This partnership centers on the design and facilitation of a series of workshops with the Cabinet Team that include cycles of inquiry, structured data analysis and synthesis, problem definition, and scenario-based solution development.
Stride is supported The GSA by conducting a culture and climate study, developing project management and communications strategies to support the implementation of the strategic plan, and facilitating a leadership team retreat.
These projects include conducting focus groups with students, staff, and families followed by data analysis, reporting, and recommendations, developing strategic resources and systems, and creating a dashboard to support project management, implementation, and capacity building of leaders owning key elements of the strategic plan.
As a contracted TLAC consultant, Maggie supports the design and delivery of an instructional leadership project and the new teacher Mentor Academy.
This project includes conducting campus walkthroughs and providing targeted feedback to maximize student outcomes and facilitating virtual and in-person trainings for groups 100+ instructional leaders.
