Hi, I’m Maggie Hodge, the Founder and Principal Consultant of Stride Consulting Solutions.

I began my career in education teaching Pre-K in New Orleans, and this formative experience solidified my commitment to collaborating with impact-driven leaders to leverage their strengths and passions to change the world for the better. With nearly two decades of experience as a teacher, school leader, district leader, and consultant, I have worked with leaders at all levels in charter networks, rural, urban, and suburban districts, independent schools, and state education agencies. Grounded in my core belief that everything is “figureoutable,” the people-centered strategic planning and capacity-building services that I provide empower leaders to build thriving teams and organizations.

Originally from the Bay Area, I’ve lived and worked in schools in San Francisco, New Orleans, and Austin, TX, which is where I now call home with my husband and two children. When I’m not working with education leaders I enjoy traveling, fitness, and spending quality time with loved ones.
