Hi, I'm Maggie Hodge, Founder and Principal Consultant of Stride Consulting Solutions.

I began my career teaching Pre-K in New Orleans, where I discovered my passion for collaborating with impact-driven leaders to leverage their strengths and change the world for the better. With nearly two decades of experience as a teacher, school leader, district leader, and consultant, I've worked with leaders at all levels across charter networks, rural, urban, and suburban districts, independent schools, and state education agencies.

Grounded in my core belief that everything is "figureoutable," I provide people-centered strategic planning and capacity-building services that empower leaders to build thriving teams and organizations. To meet the diverse needs of my clients, I partner with subject matter experts who bring specialized knowledge and experience to each unique challenge.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I now call Austin, TX home with my husband and two children. When I'm not working with education and social impact leaders, I enjoy traveling, fitness, and spending quality time with loved ones.
